For interpretation of the rules and deciding any point not covered by the rules, the decision of the Tournament/Organising committee shall be final and binding on all players. The Tournament/Organising committee has every right to make any addition or amendment to these rules, without notice. However such changes/ or inclusion will be subject to AICF clearance. Such changes will, however, be displayed in the tournament hall.
A player may withdraw at any stage of the event, after informing the Chief Arbiter in writing.
All types of electronic devices/wrist watches/mobiles will not be allowed in the playing arena.
Protest, if any, against the decision of the Arbiter shall be made in writing with a protest fee of Rs. 2000/- within 15 minutes of the occurrence of the incident. Protest fee will be refunded if the protest is upheld. The decision of the technical committee on all protests shall be final and binding on all participants.
One player will be given one (higher) prize only.
Prize Money will not be shared. One player will get one higher prize money only. Indian Income Tax Act and rules will be applicable in disbursing prize money.
The default time will be 15 minutes
Age category players are eligible for prizes of their own age category only and not for higher age category prizes. For the category prize the organizer may ask the players for their date of birth proof, and by registering for the tournament players are abide to present the Date of Birth Proof for the given tournament.
Above Fees Structure of Rs. 3000/- to be accepted till 20th July 2024. Thereafter Late Fees of Rs. 500/- will be charged from 21 to 25 July 2024. Then Entry will be Closed. No request towards waiver of entry fee will be entertained. Entry Fees Once Paid Will Not Be Refunded. Entry can be closed at any given point of time without any notice. All players, participants and parents have to do their own arrangements. Organiser cannot provide any kind of accommodation
There will not be enough space in the round schedule so; we are serving good quality (vegetarian) food at the same venue on payment basis for your convenience. Kindly pay 1000/- for food also with registration fee to avoid inconvenience. Breakfast, Lunch, Evening Tea with Cookies (27 & 28 July 2024).

Buffet Lunch: (12:30 pm to 03:00 pm) - Paneer Dish, Seasonal Vegetable, Dal/Dal Makhani, Rice, Assorted Indian Breads, Achar, Papad, Chutney, Green Salad, Raita, Desert, Bottle Water
Evening Tea & Biscuit/Cookies: (04:00 pm to 05:00 pm)
Organizer has the right to accept or reject any entry with assigning any reason. Organizing committee is not responsible for any discomfort or any other problems like transportation etc for those are staying at other hotel. Participants need to reach to the tournament venue at due course of time as mentioned above in this brochure.
