No entry fee will be refunded if tournament takes place. Entry fee can only be refunded if that particular tournament is not taking place for which participation/registration/entry has been done. If the proposed tournament is postponed due to any reason then entry fee can be adjusted for the next tournament date or if the tournament is completely cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of the organizer or any reason, the registration or entry fees will be refunded after deducting the expenses (online transaction/banking/third party charges) already incurred (if any) and the amount in question (Entry fees) would be refunded in the same Bank account or Debit/Credit card account or any other medium from which registration was done. On getting request from the customer, once the refund is initiated the amount would be credited in customers account within 15 to 21 working days.
Organizer reserves the right to cancel any entry without assigning any reason thereof. Online registration/entry fees, once done, will not be refunded in case event takes place as per mentioned on the website www.chess4india.com . Any request for registration in the Tournament will be assumed as an acceptance from participants/parents/coaches of the mentioned terms and conditioned mentioned herein. All other matter, whatsoever, not covered or mentioned within these rules here shall be decided by the organizing committee and its decision shall be final and binding on each and every participant. Such changes (if any) due to time constraint may not be intimated to participants/parents/representatives. Organizing Committee reserves the right to make any kind of changes at any point of time regarding the tournament.
The organizer of the event reserves the right, if circumstances so demand, to make modification(s) in the date and venue of the event.
